the cottage itself had amazing views and was well, maintained and clean. I was impressed with the comfortable beds and the cozy underfloor heating, which kept us warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. the living room had comfortable chairs, making it a great place to relax. the owner was also very accommodating and had excellent communication. getting fresh fish from a nearby town called Staithes was a treat, and the local Co, op was well, stocked and opened early.
I highly recommend Rosecombe for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the valley and the sea. The property itself was warm and cozy, especially with the underfloor heating. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking a breeze. Additionally, the large secure garden was perfect for our dog to run around freely.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. One of the bedrooms upstairs didn't have any windows that opened, making it quite hot and stuffy.
